The purpose of the Webinar is to communicate guidance on the OJT NEG Implementation Plan process and to answer grantee questions. OJT NEG grantees are able to use a portion of the award to develop an Implementation Plan, which is to be submitted to ETA 60 days from the date of award. The Webinar will cover a number of substantive areas, including an overview of unique OJT NEG policies; a discussion of the Implementation Plan components including the E-NEG uploads, plan approval process and key milestones; and a look ahead to the upcoming technical assistance activities. Grace Kilbane, Administrator, OWI, will kick off the event, and Mike Qualter from the OJT NEG Taskforce will moderate a discussion of technical experts including Dennis Dougherty of Region 2, Brian Deaton of OWI, Kim Weiss of ONR, and Judi Fisher of OFAM.

FPOs will play a critical role in providing guidance to grantees throughout the planning period. This webinar will cover a number of substantive areas including an overview of unique OJT NEG policies; a discussion of the Implementation Plan components including the E-NEG uploads; the approval process; and a look ahead to the upcoming technical assistance.
