The breakout sessions will provide Summit participants with the opportunity to discuss key workforce challenges and solutions, share best practices and explore strategies to increase nursing education capacity in the four focus areas.

(Teams will meet in their day two room assignments except for those assigned to Potomac III and IV who will meet in Main Ballroom).

Time for teams to de-brief internally learnings from breakout sessions.
Time: 12:30 p.m.

Peer Networking Luncheon
(Main Ballroom)

Foster peer-to-peer networking by sitting with members of your functional group across teams. For example, all employers will sit together, all philanthropic organizations will sit together with the goal of developing a peer network outside your state and gathering insights into your own particular role in blowing open the bottleneck.

This time block will be broken up into four blocks for teams to use either consult with other state teams, engage in a discussion with an Expert Lead or Mentor, or to take the time to consult internally as a team and plan next steps. If state teams use the majority of their time blocks consulting others, we recommend that each team use one of the time blocks to re-convene and discuss next steps.
