Our primary goal in collecting user information is to provide an efficient and customized experience while using the Workforce³ One webspace. This allows us to enhance each user's online experience and provide information that, in some cases, is targeted to a user's specific interests, meets is/her particular needs, and makes use of the webspace more satisfying.

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

All user information on the Workforce³ One webspace is maintained on a secure server. The information can only be accessed through an administrator login or through direct access to the server. To ensure that users are who they claim to be, we have implemented a registration process where each individual must confirm his/her registration through an e-mail link. This prevents unauthorized users from logging in as someone else and obtaining his/her information.

User information is not shared with any third parties at any time. We are committed to protecting users' privacy and ensuring that personal information is handled in a safe and responsible manner.

Registered users can update his/her registration information at any time by accessing the registration section of the webspace at http://www.workforce3one.org/members/mywf3/profile.cfm and making the appropriate change(s). This same URL can be used to change e-mail preferences so we don’t send Webspace News or other types of e-mails that individual users may not wish to receive.
