State Plans and Waivers: Plans for the FuturePosted by Margaret Lamb - On March 16, 2009 (EST)The infusion of funds from the Recovery Act has prompted ETA to require WIA/Wagner-Peyser Act State Plan modifications from all states. ETA will provide an overview of its guidance on the submission process for State Plans and waiver requests for PY 2009.
