Connecting Unemployment Insurance Claimants to Pell Grants: The Financial Aid Basics for the Workforce System

President Obama recently announced the Administration’s goal to move more workers into job training while they receive unemployment benefits. TEGL 21-08 addresses the Department of Labor’s efforts to link UI and One Stop Centers’ services to identify and guide UI claimants into skills development training.
