ARRA (Recovery Act) Section 1512 Reporting Requirement

On February 17, 2009, the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (Recovery Act) was signed into law by President Barack Obama. The act was meant to provide a stimulus to the U.S. economy. Section 1512 (f) of the act contains the reporting requirement for recipients of Recovery Act funds.

During this webinar, we will discuss the reporting requirements contained in Section 1512 of the Recovery Act. We will take a look at who is required to report under the act and what information is required to be submitted. We will highlight important dates in the reporting cycle and discuss the data quality review phase of the process.
