An Overview Of BLS Projections To 2018

On December 10, 2009, the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) released their Employment Projections for 2018. On a biennial basis, BLS prepares 10-year projections of industry and occupational employment. The current projections to 2018 are the 21st in the series and they come at a time of great transformation in the nation’s economy. Join us for an overview of the national projections and an opportunity to ask questions from an expert panel. As an added feature, the State of Colorado Labor Market Information Director will provide a state perspective.
