A Look at Access and the Workforce Development System

Provided "real life" examples to demonstrate Workforce Investment Act (WIA) and Wagner-Peyser system challenges to people with disabilities accessing the public workforce system, along with solution-oriented strategies to help American Job Center staff address these challenges. People with disabilities continue to be disproportionately underemployed, unemployed, and living in poverty.
