Communication Access: Serving Customers Who are Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing

The Webinar provided a general overview of communication accessibility requirements under the Americans with Disabilities Act and Section 188 of the Workforce Investment Act. The variety of auxiliary aids and services that can help to expand communication access in the workforce system were also reviewed.
